At Tressel, we stand behind every trike we build. Each Tressel FOLD2 and Tressel SOLO comes backed by our Limited Warranty, because we believe your ride should be as reliable as it is fun.
Your Tressel trike is powered by a Lithium Manganese Iron Phosphate (LMFP) battery — one of the safest, most stable battery chemistries available. We're so confident in its longevity that we cover it for 5 years from the date of original purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. This includes manufacturing defects that result in a failure to hold a charge or a significant reduction in rated capacity under normal use and charging conditions.
The frame, folding mechanism, motor, electrical system, brakes, and all other components are covered for 1 year from the date of original purchase against defects in materials and workmanship.
Manufacturing defects in the battery, frame, motor, and components
Premature failure under normal operating conditions
Electrical system defects
Damage from accidents, misuse, or neglect
Normal wear-and-tear (tires, inner tubes, brake pads, etc.)
Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications or repairs
Cosmetic damage (scratches, paint, etc.) that does not affect function
Damage from failure to follow the owner's manual or charging guidelines

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Tressel reserves the right to repair, replace, or issue a refund at its discretion. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights that vary by state.
